Our Founders

Patricia Khumalo

Patricia is a Co-Founder and Director at Apex People Solutions. She previously worked in the Human Resources space where she specialized in Industrial Relations before taking on a Generalist role.

She believes that for an organization to thrive, communication, engagement, performance optimization, wellness and rewards should be centered around inclusion, where every individual in the organization is valued as a vital part of the organization. As such, she invests much of her time working with and coaching individuals and organizations to help them navigate towards their truest potential.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Sociology and an Honours degree in Industrial and Economic Sociology from Rhodes University as well as an Executive Management Coaching certificate from the University of Cape Town.

Stefan Vosser

Stefan is the Co-Founder and Director of Apex People Solutions. As a white Afrikaans man from Bloemfontein, he forms one part of this unlikely combination. We don’t see these differences as a weakness, but rather as our greatest strength.

He completed B.com Human Resource Management and B.com Industrial Psychology (Hons) Degrees at the University of the Free State. He also completed an Advanced Labour Law Diploma through UNISA and an Executive and Management Coaching course at UCT.

He has a passion for people and more specifically people in the workplace.

He describes himself as a people practitioner that helps organizations create an inclusive culture where employees can find fulfilment and belonging.
