Why do only a few people get to say “I love my job”? It seems unfair that finding fulfillment at work is like winning a lottery; that only a few lucky ones get to feel valued by their organizations, to feel like they belong. Imagine a world where almost everyone wakes up inspired to go to work, feels trusted and valued during the day, then returns home feeling fulfilled. This is not a crazy, idealized notion. Today, in many successful organizations, great leaders are creating environments in which people naturally work together to do remarkable things.

What We Believe

No matter what industry you operate in, or the size of your company, people are your most valuable asset and play the biggest role in determining the success or failure of your organization. Too many organizations take this asset for granted and do not pay enough attention to, firstly, understanding and then maximizing the true potential of their employees. We have made it our mission to study and understand human beings in the workplace. We are people practitioners that help organizations to understand and develop their people practices in order to improve employee engagement.

We assist organizations to attract and retain top talent by creating an engaged culture where employees:

  • Are committed
  • Feel safe in the workplace
  • Trust and care for each other
  • Work together to reach tangible goals
  • Receive the recognition they deserve

The nature of the work that we do has radically changed since we entered the information technology era. These changes had an unintended negative impact on the engagement levels of employees.

To better understand the impact of these changes we go deeper than just the observable human behavior. We look at the chemicals that our brain releases in certain situations and the effect that this has on the behavior of employees in the workplace. Only when human beings are understood at this level can organizations create a culture where employees are engaged, and there is no negative impact on the wellbeing of the employees.

We have learned valuable lessons through human evolution in the workplace. We believe that modern day challenges can be overcome by creating the ideal environment that is aligned to the way that the human animal was historically designed to work and survive.

It is as simple as creating a safe working environment where employees trust and look after each other, where leaders truly care about the employees and make decisions with their best interest at heart. Employees should be proud of the organization and feel like they are making a difference.

We help organizations to measure, analyze and understand their people practices in order to create a culture where employees are engaged, healthy and more productive. We specifically focus on the following people practices:

An organization does not create an engaged culture overnight. It will take a concerted effort to make a meaningful impact on the culture of an organization. This however should not discourage organizations.
